Delivery

Delivery of goods from shapesandtones.com is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through shapesandtones.com are shipped with GLS carrier.

• we ship to all European Union Countries
• we provide free shipping for orders above €150
• for orders below €120 we charge €9
• all orders are fulfilled at our warehouse within 1-3 business days
• if product is out of stock we need 21 business days to fulfill order
• when your order is ready for shipment we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package
• in case the delivery appears damaged please contact customer service at hello@shapesandtones.com

Returns

You can withdraw from the contract to purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The right to cancel expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision (e-mail us at hello@shapesandtones.com).

If you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the originally invoiced amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please be noted that we do not not charged any form of fee as a result of the refund.

All items returned must be unused, in the same condition as when received. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed no later than 10 working days. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of the return. The return parcel must be shipped with ‘door to door’ delivery. Return parcels delivered to parcel shops cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.
